Cinnamon can be used effectively as a deer repellent if the below steps are followed:

Step 1:

In the first step, the cinnamon oil should be mixed with the necessary ingredients. The mixture should be prepared very carefully. When the mixture is perfectly prepared, pour it into a spray bottle.

Step 2:

In the second step, take the spray bottle in hand and gently spray the areas through which the deer mainly enter the garden or yard. Notice each area carefully and apply in those areas. Thus, the deer will keep themselves away from the yard.

Step 3:

Finally, after repeating Step-2 for some more time, we should stop spraying the bottle. We can also put cinnamon in different corners of our yard. The smell of cinnamon will exist in the yard or garden for a longer time if we use cinnamon following the mentioned steps. 

How to mix cinnamon to repel deer?

Cinnamon can be mixed with several ingredients at home very easily. After preparing the mixture, it can be used in our yard or gardens to keep the deer away.

We need a lot of ingredients to prepare the mixture. The ingredients are as follows:

  • An Electric Hand Mixture
  • A Big Bowl
  • Milk – 1Cup
  • Spoon
  • Hot Sauce – 3 Tablespoons
  • Detergent– 1-2 Tablespoons
  • Vegetable Oil – 1-2 Tablespoons
  • Cinnamon Oil – 25 Drops
  • Spray Bottle
  • Water – 4.5Liters

Now, let us make the mixture by mixing the cinnamon oil with the mentioned ingredients.

Step 1:

In the first step, we should take a big bowl. Then, we should break the eggs. Next, with the help of an electric hand mixture, we should beat the eggs for some time.

Step 2:

In the second step, we should add 1 cup of milk, 1-2 Tablespoons of vegetable oil, 1-2 tablespoons of detergent & 3 tablespoons of hot sauce along with the mixture of the bowl. After that, we should add 25drops of cinnamon oil. We should use the electric mixer to beat the mixture well.

Step 3:

In the thirst step, we should add 4.5 litres of water to the bowl. Then, with the help of a spoon, we should stir the mixture for some time so that all the ingredients are distributed properly.

Step 4:

In the final step, the prepared mixture should be poured into a spray bottle. Then, the cinnamon mixture should be sprayed all over the garden.
